HALF DAY HIRING CHARGES is half of the rates mentioned above

Chennai City : Time and mileage reading is calculated from our office back to our office

Chennai City usage beyond 7 hours and 12 hours will be billed at 10 hours and 15 hours respectively.

Out station duties : Chauffeur’s allowance of Rs.250/- per calendar day for car and Rs.350 for Corolla, Tempo Traveller

Sir,I will be in Chennai on vacation for about 20 days sometime in mid-july, 09. I need a car to travel for myself in this period. What would be the tariff with and without a driver?I would prefer Tata Indica.Thanx.Manda

Your usage is for 4 days and approximately 1600Kms
The car rental is Rs.9.5 per Km and Rs.250 per calender as drivers allowance
Assuming your usae is going to be about 1600Kms here is a quick calculation
1600Kms X Rs.9.5….: Rs.15200/-
4 days X Rs.250…..: Rs. 1000/-
Approx cost………: Rs.16200/-
However the billing will be done on the actual usage i.e; it might be less than 1600 or more than 1600 and will be accordingly billed
The Km reading starts from garage to garage and not from the airport back to airport.
Airport to our parking is about 15KMs
Apart from the car rental the other expense will be the toll fee which might be about Rs.200+

An A/C toyota qualis will cost Rs.700/- (9 pax max)
An A/C Toyota Innova will cost Rs.850/- (7 pax max)

Will need the exact time and date of start from Chennai and Start from Kodai for quoting
Tavera or Qualis or Sumo cost the same at Rs.8/- per Km bllable at minimum of 225Kms per calender day and a driver’s allowance of Rs.250 per calender day.
Chennai-Kodai-Chennai is approximately 1200 to 1300Kms depending on your local usage too
